Yuan Packaging

Yuan Packaging (羽安包装) is a packaging and printing manufacturer in Huai'an, Jiangsu, China, founded in 2000. Its 30,000 m² factory has four production lines and 56 machines. The labels, rigid gift boxes, carrier bags and export cases for a bottle programme are all made there, to one colour standard.

Wine and spirits is the sector the factory has served longest, from Chinese baijiu houses to export wine brands. Labels cover front, back and neck positions on wet-strength, textured and film stocks, specified for chilled and ice-bucket service, with hot foil, embossing and spot UV. Brand-protection options include holograms registered to the artwork, security foil, serialised QR codes and NFC smart labels. Presentation packaging includes rigid gift boxes with fitted cradles for single and multi-bottle sets, paper bottle tubes, bottle carrier bags, neck tags and collection certificates. The rigid boxes come in magnetic-closure, lid-and-base, book-style, drawer and shoulder-neck structures. Wooden wine and gift boxes are also available.

Samples usually take 1–2 weeks to make, then travel by express courier; production typically takes 15–20 working days after artwork approval, or 25–30 for complex gift boxes. Orders start at 500 units: labels and cartons from 1,000; rigid gift boxes and carrier bags with complex finishing typically 500–1,000. The team works in English and Chinese, and the company has an office in Australia. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
