Big Tree Distillery is a small gin producer based on Jack's Springs Farm in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, Australia. It makes a range of small-batch gins using botanicals grown on the farm, foraged locally, or sourced by a botanist, distilled in a copper still. The range includes dry, fruit-infused, navy strength and liqueur-style gins.
