Furneaux Distillery is a small-batch distillery on Flinders Island in Tasmania, Australia, producing single malt whisky and gin. The spirits are distilled, matured and bottled on the island using local barley grown on its own farm, coastal peat and foraged native botanicals. Its range includes peated and unpeated single malts as well as a gin.
