Kangaroo Island Spirits, also known as KI Spirits, is a gin distillery on Kangaroo Island in South Australia, founded in 2006 and described as the country's first dedicated gin distillery. It hand-crafts small-batch spirits using hand-picked local botanicals. Its range includes several gins, vodkas and a limoncello-based cocktail kit.
