Republic of Fremantle

Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in Fremantle's West End, Western Australia. It makes grape-based vodka and gin from locally grown Verdelho grapes, distilled in a custom copper still, and runs gin school experiences where visitors distil their own gin.
