Three Little Birds Distillery

Three Little Birds Distillery is a small-batch gin producer based at Sevenhill in the Clare Valley, South Australia. It makes gins flavoured with native Australian botanicals such as lemon myrtle and strawberry gum, and uses leftover wine grapes as its base spirit. The business also runs a tasting room open Thursday to Sunday, serving gin flights and wood-fired pizza.
