Western Tiers Distillery is a Tasmanian distillery located in the historic village of Westbury, at the foot of the Great Western Tiers in northern Tasmania. It makes and sells whisky, gin, vodka, poitín and liqueurs, and also offers distillery tours, tastings and a cellar door with food and drink.
