Wildbrumby is a distillery in the Australian high country between Jindabyne and Thredbo, which it describes as the highest distillery in Australia. It produces schnapps, gin and vodka, using alpine water, fruit and native mountain botanicals, and runs a distillery door and a stillhouse cafe.
