Brennerei Pfau

Pfau Brennerei is a distillery in Klagenfurt, Austria, that makes fruit spirits, beer spirits, aged whisky and other distilled products, including organic lines. The company started in 1987 as a small distillery at a guesthouse in the Jauntal region of Carinthia and has since grown into a distillery with a wider reach. A stake in the company has been held by a wine and sparkling wine cellar since 2012.
