Parzmair is a family-run distillery in Austria that makes fruit spirits (Edelbrände) and natural food products such as fruit spreads, compotes and syrups. The company grows much of its own fruit on about 20 hectares near Schwanenstadt in Upper Austria and also harvests apricots and peaches on a leased farm in Burgenland. Its range also includes gins, a vermouth and a rum-based product.
