The Cadushy Distillery

The Cadushy Distillery is a working distillery in the center of Rincón on Bonaire, combining production with a visitor attraction called the Cadushy Experience housed in historical buildings. It makes its own liqueur, the Cadushy of Bonaire Liqueur, and a line of spirits branded The Spirit of Bonaire, including a spiced rum called Rom Rincón, with vodka, whisky and gin also mentioned. The site says products are made in small batches and that part of sales supports the Bonaire Heritage Foundation.
