Fazenda das Palmas produces Pindorama, an artisanal cachaça made from sugarcane grown and ground on its own farm. The distillery sits in the old Coffee Valley region of Rio de Janeiro state, in buildings dating from the 19th century, surrounded by Atlantic forest.
