Barrelling Tide Distillery is a craft distillery in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley that makes spirits and liqueurs in small batches using locally sourced ingredients. It also produces ready-to-drink cocktails and seltzers and runs a tasting room. Its products include rum, vodka, gin and whisky, with the 5 Fathom Dark Rum fermented, distilled and barrel aged on site in Port Williams, NS.
