San Mauro is a family-run estate in Momjan, in north-western Istria, Croatia, on a farm more than 350 years old. The business makes wines in the traditional Istrian style and also offers agritourism and liqueurs. The vineyards sit at 200 to 350 metres above sea level on flysch soil, with grapes hand-harvested.
