Brandbygegaard is an organic farm on the coast north of Horsens fjord in Denmark, growing fruit, berries, vegetables and grapes without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. On site it makes sparkling wine by the champagne method, brandy, whisky, grappa, gin and vodka, and brews beer in winter.
