This is a cider and distillery operation in Clohars-Carnoët, Finistère, Brittany, France. It grows apples on 9 hectares of organic orchards and also collects apples from small local orchards. It produces ciders made from mostly old local apple varieties, plus distilled spirits made on the farm, some aged in oak casks.
