About
La Semilla is an organic farm in the Haut-Doubs area of France, in the village of Les Fourgs, that grows seasonal vegetables and aromatic plants without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. On the same site, a small copper-pot-still workshop in a barn produces distilled spirits, and the farm sells its fresh and processed products directly on site. The farm is also part of Semencerie, a collective of seven market gardeners that sells organic seed and documentary DVDs.
