Distillerie Baccae

Baccae Paris is a distillery in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, operating since 2018. Its range includes a gin, an absinthe, a bitter aperitif, liqueurs and fruit eaux-de-vie, made with botanicals sourced from French farmers and producers. It also runs gin workshops and whisky blending workshops in partnership with the Rozelieures distillery. The website currently shows a maintenance notice saying the distillery is relocating.
