Domaine de Lafontaine is a family-run producer of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes based in Sonnac, on the Charente border in Charente-Maritime. The estate says it has operated for over 100 years and distils on site using copper pot stills and wood. It sells its own cognac and pineau, made from grapes grown on the property.
