Domaine des Hauts-Vents is a cider and calvados producer on a 17th-century estate in Normandy, France, working with about 25 to 37 hectares of orchards. It makes ciders, poiré, pommeau, AOC calvados distilled in a Charentais-type still, a pear liqueur, cider vinegar and fruit juices. The estate is located in Saint-Ouen-du-Tilleul, and it runs a shop and occasional visits.
