Ferme du Ponctey

Ferme du Ponctey is a farm in Normandy, France, that grows its own cider apples on a 15-hectare orchard and produces Calvados AOC, Pommeau de Normandie AOC, cider, eau-de-vie, apple juice and cider vinegar. The company says each stage of production takes place on its own land using its own apples, and the bottles are filled, labelled and sealed by hand. The farm is located on the Lieuvin tableland near Pont-Audemer in the Calvados appellation area.
