Fermentis (Lesaffre)

Fermentis is a business unit of the Lesaffre group in France that supplies yeast and fermentation solutions for beverage makers. Its active dry yeasts and yeast derivatives are aimed at brewers, winemakers, cider and spirits producers, and makers of other fermented drinks. The company also runs an internal R&D team that characterises how its yeasts perform across different fermentation conditions.
