Palatia Malz GmbH, operating under the BESTMALZ brand, is a family-run malting company in Germany, founded in 1899. It produces brewing malts and grain specialties, including base, specialty, craft and roasted malts, organic malts, and malt from the Alexis barley variety, and also makes custom malt or grain variants for large customers. Its products are sold to more than 300 customers in the DACH region and internationally through certified distributors.
