Rittmeister Destille

Rittmeister Destille is a small craft distillery located in the cellar-level rooms of its namesake restaurant in Rostock, on the Baltic coast of Germany. It produces about 30 spirits, including fruit brandies, grain spirits, herbal and fruit liqueurs, gin, whisky and the regional Rostocker Kümmel. Ingredients are sourced mostly from the surrounding region, some from organic producers, and the spirits are made without added sugar, artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings.
