Michlberger Pálinka is a Hungarian fruit brandy producer based in the Pilis area, with a family distillery in Piliscsév. The company makes pálinka from locally grown fruit using traditional copper-pot distillation with gas heating. Its range includes apple, apricot, plum, sour cherry, blackthorn and many berry pálinkas, sold through a webshop and offered as contract and commercial distilling services.
