Jullius Craft Distillery

Jullius is a craft distillery in Israel that describes itself as the first artisanal distillery in the country, set up in 2008. It distils fruit eaux-de-vie, grape spirits, honey spirits, gin and bitters from local raw materials, by hand. The site says its still is powered by solar energy and that its column is patented.
