Benizakura Distillery is a craft gin distillery in Hokkaido, Japan, which says it was the first craft gin distillery on the island. It produces the 9148 gin series using local Hokkaido botanicals, and also makes limited releases such as a prune spirit made from wine. The company operates a café across from the distillery that sells its bottles.
