Far Yeast Brewing is a Japanese craft brewer operating under the company Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd., with its main brewery in Koyasu village, Yamanashi Prefecture. It makes beers including a range using ingredients such as Japanese herbs and local produce, as well as spirits and liqueurs under its Azeotrope brand, and runs several on-premises restaurants and a bottle shop. The company was established in 2011 and has operated under the Far Yeast Brewing name since 2015.
