Rokko Mountain Distillery is a Japanese whisky producer in Kobe, Japan, that uses spring water from Mount Rokko in its production. It makes single malt and single cask whiskies, including peated and sherry-cask-matured expressions, and blends Scotch malt spirit matured in Japanese oak with local water. The distillery's products are sold in 500 ml and 720 ml bottles at 42% ABV.
