Yamato Distillery is a gin distillery in Nara, Japan, operated by Yucho Shuzo, a sake brewer with a history of more than 300 years. It produces the Kikka Gin range, distilled from rice spirit with Yamato tachibana and Yamato tougi botanicals, along with experimental small-batch spirits under its Yamato Lab. series and branded merchandise. The distillery occupies a renovated house of roughly 150 years old in the Gosho-machi area.
