About
La Rhumerie de Chamarel is a rum distillery on the south-west coast of Mauritius, near the Chamarel coloured earths. It makes rum exclusively from sugar cane grown on its own estate of about 220 hectares, using column stills and pot stills. Its range includes aged rums and a coffee-infused liqueur.
