De Hoornse Distilleerderij

De Hoornse Distilleerderij is a group of local distillers in Hoorn, the Netherlands, working together on a plan for a city distillery with tasting rooms, a café and visitor experiences. The site is still in development and is selling certificates that are redeemable for bottles of a whisky expected to be bottled from mid-2028. The whisky is described as made from 100% malted barley, aged at least five years in ex-bourbon oak casks, and not chill-filtered.
