About
Distillerie Rolland is an artisanal distillery in Moindou on the west coast of New Caledonia, founded in 2020. It produces rums, including a traditional white rum called La Métisse, a brown rum aged with roasted guaiac heartwood, and infused rums flavoured with lychee, passion fruit, banana and spices. Its rum base is made from molasses imported from Bundaberg, Australia, and distilled twice.
