Kākāpō Distillery is a small-batch gin producer in New Zealand that makes gins built around native Aotearoa botanicals such as kawakawa, mānuka and rimurimu. The company says it donates 10% of profit to kākāpō recovery work and holds B Corp certification. Its gins are sold through its own website.
