Rudolf Jelínek is a Czech-Slovak fruit spirits producer whose flagship product is slivovica (plum brandy), made in several variants. The company also produces other fruit distillates such as pear, apricot, cherry and apple spirits, plus fruit and herbal liqueurs and gin, and sells products from other producers. Its roots in distilling in the Vizovice area are traced back to the 16th century, and it runs visitor centres and a brandy museum in Prague.
