1881 Distillery

1881 Distillery is a gin producer and gin school located in the Scottish Borders, in a building on the grounds of Peebles Hydro hotel. It makes several gins using water from its own private spring, along with liqueurs such as limoncello, orangecello and vodka liqueurs. It also runs a residential gin school and distillery tours where visitors can craft their own gin.
