Maltería Oriental S.A. (MOSA)

Maltería Oriental S.A. (MOSA) is a Uruguayan malting company based on the northern outskirts of Montevideo, near the port. It produces and trades malt, and works with barley producers across several Uruguayan departments to source its raw material. The company also develops malting barley varieties and runs agricultural and research programmes.
