La Fabrique à Alcools (Distillerie Chevreuse)

La Fabrique à Alcools, also trading as Distillerie Chevreuse, is a craft distillery in the Essonne department south of Paris, near the Vallée de Chevreuse. It makes gin, vodka, French whisky, a beer-based eau-de-vie called Esprit de Bière, and a range of flavoured rum-based spirits called Arrangés. The site also promotes visits to the distillery and a documentary film about it.
