Nikka Whisky is a Japanese whisky producer with its origins in 1934, when a company was established in Yoichi, Hokkaido. Its website presents the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries as its two main production sites, and the wider business also includes other plants for apple-based products, liqueurs and syrups. The company makes whisky, brandy, spirits, liqueurs, cider and shochu, and offers distillery tours.
