Brauerei Locher AG

Brauerei Locher AG is a Swiss brewery in the Appenzell region that has brewed Appenzeller beer since 1886. It offers a range of over 40 beer varieties, including wheat, alcohol-free, gluten-free and organic beers. It also runs the Säntis Malt distillery, producing single malt whiskies since 1999, and makes vinegars and food products from brewing by-products.
