Säntis Malt is a whisky brand produced by the Locher brewery in Appenzell, Switzerland, which has also been a brewery and distillery since 1886. The whisky matures in old oak casks that the brewing family kept, and it is finished in casks previously used for wines, spirits and other beverages. The company also sells a line of fruit spirits made from pears, apples and plums.
